What to have with this bread?

I made a loaf with my wild dough starter.

What should I make to go with it?  How about a terrine.
Pork liver and trimmings cut up.

Time to grind it up.


 Need some veggies to fold in.

After grinding, time for blending the meat into one mass using the food processor.

 Fold in above veggies and then put into pan.

How about some brussel sprouts to go with that?

 Look at the crumb on that bread!
